On the complete cancellation of the
license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of May 11, 2022 No. 24/3-13 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 01, 2018 No. 162 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY SERVICE “STORM” (location: st. Guseva, 27-B, m. Fastiv, Kyiv region, 08500; identification code 41687162).

2. The Department of Public Communications and the authorities of the Department of Communications (Bulayev V.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
