About stopping the license completely

In accordance with paragraph 1 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities” and the statement of the head of the limited liability company “AGREY” Smolyar O. A. dated August 01, 2022 No. 40833 on the suspension of the license completely

I ORDER:

1. To completely suspend for a period of six months the license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear substances offensive and annoying action, personal protection, active defense issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 21, 2022 No. 450 to the limited liability company “AGREY” ( Location: Kyivska street, house 16, apartment 56, city Rivne, 33027, identification code 44566384).

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
