On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of the type of economic
activity

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the director of the private enterprise “ELISTA” Polulikh O. S. dated August 01, 2022 № 40809 on the cancellation of the license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of the AE series No. 190823 for the conduct of economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; series AE No. 190824 for the conduct of economic activities for the sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritable action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 27, 2013 No. 199 to the private enterprise “ELISTA” (ul. Shchyretska, 36, m. Lviv, 79071, identification code 20854773).

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
