On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statements of the Director of LLC “SANOR” about the cancellation of their own licenses

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of the AB series No. 601616 for the conduct of economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, AB series № 601617 — for the sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 11, 2012 year No. 878 to the limited liability company “SANOR” (location: ul. Schneerson, building 10, Nikolaev, 54001; identification code 31192638).

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
