On the issuance of a license for the conduct of the type of economic activity

In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter — the Law), a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for issuing a license, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is valid on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is made by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of making a record of the decision to issue a license in the license register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The

document confirming the payment of the fee for the license is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment power of attorney with a bank note, a receipt from a payment terminal, a receipt (check) from the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to suspend the license in whole or in part. with Article 6 of the Law and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On approval of the list of licensing bodies and recognition some decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine that have lapsed into force”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license to ANKIL SYSTEMS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (identification code xxxxx; location: Zaporizhzhya region, 72311) a license to conduct economic activities on trade in non-military firearms and ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity: Lviv region.
