On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities” and the statement of the director of the private enterprise “PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICE OF TOR NESS” about the cancellation of his own license

I ORDER:

1. To cancel completely: the
license to conduct security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 04, 2022 No. 91 to the private enterprise “PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICE TOR NESS” (location: ul. Kievskaya, 106, sq. 67, m. Vinnytsia, 21000; identification code 44209692).

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
