On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of the type of business

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual — entrepreneur KONDRATENKO VIKTOR VITALIYOVICH about the cancellation of his own licenses

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of the AG series No. 578117 for the conduct of economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; series AG No. 578118 — for the sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 17 August 2011 No. 632 to an individual — entrepreneur KONDRATENKO VIKTOR VITALIYOVICH (place of residence: Vladimirsky Avenue, house 27/49, apartment 125, city of Lubny, Poltava, 37500, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2530005351).

2. The Department of Public Communications and the authorities of the Department of Communications (Bulayev V.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
