About the complete cancellation of the license |
In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Chairman of the Liquidation Commission of PE “ARSENAL-KHRYSTYNIVKA” on the cancellation of his own license
I ORDER:
1. To completely cancel the license of AB series No. 597033 for the provision of property and citizen protection services, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 15, 2011 No. 846 to the PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “ARSENAL-KHRYSTYNIVKA” (location: st.
IN. Chornovola, 46, sq. 2, m. Khrystynivka, Khrystynivskyi district, Cherkasy region, 20001; identification code 34452504).
2. The Department of Communications (Andreev D.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of this decision.
3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
