MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE

THE ORDER

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for licenses to conduct security activities by limited liability companies “SECURITY ENTERPRISE “FORT-001” and SECURITY ENTERPRISE “FORT-002” (hereinafter - license applicants).

Based on the results of the consideration of applications, it was established that there are grounds for leaving them without consideration, namely the submission of applications that do not correspond to the form established by Appendix 1 to the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
dated November 18, 2015 No. 960 (hereinafter — License Terms), as well as personal information security, availability of special means, response vehicles, availability of places of economic activity for low-mobility groups of the population do not correspond to Annexes 2, 2
1, 2 ² and 4 of these License Terms.

^{It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by submitting applications in the form established by the License Terms (Appendix 1), information in accordance with Annexes 2, 2 1, 2 2 and 4.}

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraph 2 of the third paragraph of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration:

application dated January 18, 2022 No. 4847 on obtaining a license for the conduct of security activities of the COMPANY WITH LIMITED LIABILITY “SECURITY ENTERPRISE “FORT-001” (location: Druzhby street, house 1, apartment 5, Dorobratovo village, Mukachevsky district, Zakarpatska region, 90113, identification code 44606169);

application dated January 18, 2022 No. 4849 for obtaining a license for the conduct of security activities of the COMPANY WITH LIMITED LIABILITY “SECURITY ENTERPRISE “FORT-002” (location: Linskaya
street, building 70 A, Serednoe urban-type settlement, Uzhhorodsky district, Zakarpattia region, 89452, identification code 446465465 27).

2. Department of Communications (Bulayev V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the next working day decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
