On Amendments to the Order of the
Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 07, 2020 № 329

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”, Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 07, 2001 No. 104 “On the procedure and norms of monetary and material support of servicemen of the Armed Forces, the State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection, other military formations, persons of the head of the internal affairs bodies, the State Curve executive service seconded to state bodies, institutions and organizations”, dated November 04, 2015 № 910 “On monetary support of police officers seconded to state bodies, institutions and organizations”, of November 11, 2015 No. 988 “On monetary support of police officers of the National Police”, of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies”, of December 24, 2019 No. 1112 “On the conditions of remuneration of employees of state bodies not covered by the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”, order Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine dated June 13, 2016 № 646 “On approval of the Standard Provision on the remuneration of civil servants of state authorities, other state bodies, their apparatuses ( secretariats)”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 30, 2016 under number 903/29033,

I ORDER:

1. Paragraph 2 of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 07, 2020 No. 329 “On approval of provisions on bonuses in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” should be stated in the following version:

“2. Determine that:

1) the monthly bonus of police officers seconded to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and assigned to full-time civil service positions is carried out as a percentage to the monetary security in accordance with the personal contribution to the overall performance of the state body in the amount set by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

payment of the monthly bonus to the seconded police officer is made simultaneously with the payment of monetary security in the current month on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the manner and under the conditions specified by law for police officers;

2) the monthly bonus of servicemen seconded to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and assigned to full-time civil service positions is carried out as a percentage to the official salary in accordance with the personal contribution to the overall performance of the state body in the amount set by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

the payment of the monthly bonus to the deployed servicemen shall be made simultaneously with the payment of monetary security in the current month on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the manner and under the conditions specified by law for civil servants.”.
