In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”, Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 07, 2001 No. 104 “On the procedure and norms of monetary and material support of servicemen of the Armed Forces, the State Service for Special Liaison and Information Protection, other military formations, persons of the chief staff of the internal affairs bodies of the State Criminal Enforcement Service seconded to public bodies, institutions and organizations”, of November 04, 2015 Nº 910 “On the monetary support of police officers seconded to public authorities, institutions and organizations”, of November 11, 2015 Nº 988 “On the monetary provision of police officers of the National Police”, of January 18, 2017 Nº 15 “Issues of remuneration of employees of public bodies”, of December 24, 2019 Nº 1112 “On the conditions of remuneration of employees of state bodies not covered by the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service Order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine dated June 13, 2016 No. 646 “On approval of the Standard Provision on the remuneration of civil servants of public authorities, other state bodies, their apparatuses (secretariats)”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 30, 2016 under Nº 903/29033,

I ORDER:

1. Approve Amendments to the provisions on bonuses in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 07, 2020 No. 329, attached.
