In accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On social and legal protection of servicemen and members of their families”, part of the tenth article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Guard of Ukraine”, paragraph ten of paragraph 12 of the License conditions for conducting business activities in medical practice, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 02 2016 N 285, and for the purpose of proper medical provision of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine in medical and preventive institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Amend the List of Health Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of June 14, 2017 N 507, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2017 under N 845/30713, stating it in the new version attached.

2. The Department of Health of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Parubets M.) to ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the manner prescribed by law.

3. This order comes into force from the day of its official publication.
