In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity”

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan), which is attached.

2. The National Police of Ukraine (Vyhivskyi I.), the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Demchuk V.), the Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine (Deyneko S.), the State Migration Service of Ukraine (Naumenko N.) in case of need to prepare draft orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that are not foreseen Om, send proposals to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for amendments to it.

3. To the heads of structural units of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Krymchuk S.), the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Rudyk M.), the National Guard of Ukraine (Pivnenko O.):

1) if there is a need to prepare draft regulatory acts not provided for in the Plan, send proposals to the Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.) to amend it;

2) by December 05, 2024 to submit to the Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.) proposals for the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2025.

4th. The Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.) has until December 14, 2024 to prepare a draft order approving the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2025.

5. I reserve control over the execution of the order.
