In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), we announce the publication on April 18, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for State Registration (re- registration), deregistration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled vehicles designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, other vehicles and mopeds equivalent to them” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).

The draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to simplify and implement the possibility of obtaining services for state registration (re-registration), deregistration of vehicles in electronic form.

Comments and proposals from individuals and legal entities, their associations regarding the draft resolution are accepted within a month from the date of publication in writing to the postal address: ul. Bogomoltsya, 10, m. Kiev, 01601, or to the e-mail address: [email protected].
