In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on March 26, 2024 on the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the List of Paid Services, are provided by the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police and the State Migration Service, and the amount of payment for their provision” (hereinafter — the draft resolution).

The draft resolution aims to streamline relations in the field of payment for the provision by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of certain administrative and other service services, maintaining a sustainable and high-quality provision of these services at the expense of economically justified amounts of fees.

Comments and proposals from individuals and legal entities, their associations regarding the draft resolution are accepted within a month from the date of publication in writing to the postal address: Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ul.
