Draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of certain regulatory acts on the organization of special training of road transport workers of dangerous goods”

In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we inform you about the publication on August 17, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of certain regulatory acts on the organization special training of road workers in the transport of dangerous goods” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-mvs-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennya-deyakix-normativno-pravovix-aktiv-z-pitan-organizaciyi-specialnogo-navcannya-pracivnikiv-doroznyogo-perevezennya-nebezpecnix-vantaziv-22816.

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to improve the legal regulation in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods and to establish a single regulatory mechanism for conducting special training of employees of the entities of road transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with the requirements of international treaties of Ukraine in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods Cargo.
