We inform you about the publication on April 18, 2024 on the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Registration of Individuals and Legal Entities in the Queue Management System for Receiving Services Provided by Territorial Service Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” (hereinafter — sample the object of the order).

To date, in accordance with the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 05, 2020 No. 777 “On Approval of the Procedure for Registration of Individuals and Legal Entities in the Queue Management System for Receiving Services Provided by Territorial Service Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine November 20, 2020 year under No. 1152/35435 (as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of January 17, 2023 No. 11), individuals and legal entities for obtaining services in territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and institutions of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are registered in the queue management system using the online service, terminal or authorized employees.

In order to create more convenient conditions for the subjects of the appeal, a draft order has been developed, which provides for the expansion of the methods of displaying the received vouchers about registration in the queue management system (in electronic form), receiving the corresponding notification (reminder) about the registration made with the possibility of its cancellation in the electronic office of the driver of the functional subsystem of the unified information the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services, in particular using its mobile application.

With the adoption of the draft order, it will be possible to expand the ways of displaying the voucher about registration in the queue management system (in electronic form), receiving the corresponding notification (reminder) about the registration made with the possibility of its cancellation.
