Justification of the need to adopt the act

The draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Approval of the List and Rules for the Use of Special Means by Soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine in the Performance of Official Duties” was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in implementation of part two of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine of March 13, 2014 No. 876-VII “On the National Guard of Ukraine”.
