We inform you about the publication on August 10, 2022 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1081 of July 11, 2000” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).

The draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine of May 22, 2022 No. 2265-IX “On the prohibition of propaganda of the Russian Nazi totalitarian regime, the armed aggression of the Russian Federation as a terrorist state against Ukraine, symbols of the Russian military invasion the Nazi totalitarian regime in Ukraine.”

The draft resolution proposes to supplement the list of inscriptions and images that are prohibited to be applied to the license plates of vehicles manufactured by individual orders of their owners, established by paragraph 6 of paragraph 2 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2000, No. 1081 “On the introduction of license plates of vehicles, produced according to individual orders of their owners, symbolism of totalitarian regimes.
