In accordance with the requirements of paragraphs of the first and fourth paragraph 17 of the Procedure for holding consultations with the public on the formation and implementation of public policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996, the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval” is published on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine creation of unified forms of acts drawn up according to the results of planned (unplanned) measures of state supervision (control) by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”.
The purpose of this draft order is to bring unified forms of acts drawn up according to the results of the planned (unscheduled) state supervision (control) measures by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with the methodology of their development, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 10, 2018 No. 342 (with amendments, introduced by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 6, 2018 No. 464).
The draft order meets the objectives of the Strategy for Reforming the State Supervision (Control) System, approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 18, 2017 No. 1020-r, in terms of reorientation of state supervision (control) to prevent violations of legal requirements in relevant areas of economic activity.
