In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we announce the publication on November 16, 2023 on the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On approval of the List of Requirements for Institutions Conducting Training, Retraining and Retraining of Drivers vehicles, and the qualification requirements for specialists who carry out such training” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order), amended taking into account suggestions and comments received during the electronic public consultations, the results of which are set out in the report.

The draft order is designed to implement paragraph 3 of Chapter II “Final Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine of July 13, 2023 No. 3234-IX “On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses on the Introduction of Administrative Responsibility in the Field of Training and Admission of Drivers to Drive Vehicles”.
