Dear veterans — Chernobyl residents and families of the dead!
Today, for the thirty-sixth time, both in Ukraine and in many countries of the world, the “Bells of Chernobyl” sound, reminding humanity of the huge nuclear disaster that occurred at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
Timely, heroic, highly professional actions of fire specialized units in extremely complex, inhuman conditions of agitated radiation, prevented the further spread of the fire to other nuclear power units.
Unfortunately, all of them, with fatal burns, in severe agony — died.
None of them thought about death and about themselves,
The hot sky engulfed the boys,
And they came back again in form and granite,
They will become unlived for years
Let us bow low saved people!
Ukraine and the world will not be able to talk about them.
And the memory of the people will never fade away,
Because they overcame the black fear
Their unforgettable heroic feat, human sacrifice, courage and courage will forever be an example of dedication, loyalty to the chosen heroic profession, to be imitated by all generations of our time.
To them eternal glory, lifelong honor and human gratitude for heroism and courage in the name of the living, in the name of their Fatherland — Ukraine, in the name of the whole civilized world.
From the first hours before the elimination of the consequences of the nuclear disaster, employees of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine, servicemen of the Internal Troops, who, together with specialists of various specialties, scientists, servicemen, medical workers, rear services, joined the round-the-clock work directly in the Chernobyl zone The Catastrophe.
All of them acted courageously, professionally and responsibly. Honored to fulfill their official and civic duty. Honor and glory to them!
On behalf of the Chernobyl liquidators, the families of the deceased are sincerely grateful to the leadership of the Ministry, the National Police, the State Emergency Service, the command of the National Guard, the State Border Service, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the heads of the structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as to the teams medical professionals, our veteran organizations, with whom we constantly and objectively cooperate, for care and attention to the provision of social support, pension provision, treatment and recovery.
We will continue to work daily so that Chernobyl veterans, their families, families of the deceased feel care for them, their lives, health and do not forget about the dead and their families.
Such a daily, tangible for every person is needed, especially now, in the difficult times of the country's brazen, brutal and destructive war - the aggressor of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, carrying out genocide against the Ukrainian people.
Uniting our people and the glorious heroes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, volunteers, volunteers, who bravely stood up to defend their homeland - Ukraine, with incredible efforts defeat the invaders, murderers, rapists, looters, who mercilessly destroy our peaceful cities, villages and villages infrastructure, historical heritage, culture and art, religion and all the natural environment.
Russian servicemen are barbarians, sadists, terrorists of the XXI century. They are persons without a human face! Shame, a lifelong shame to the Russian occupiers.
The Ukrainian people will win! After all, truth and justice and God's support and God's protection are on our side.
We, Ukrainians, a peace-loving people, want and will live in a peaceful, conciliatory, sovereign, democratic country and are grateful to the international community and partner countries for their concrete tangible assistance to Ukraine in confronting shameful, cynical, multi-year military actions against a sovereign, peace-loving country — a neighbor that is able to defend its independence and sovereignty, territorial integrity.
It is appropriate today to remind the Kremlin leadership that 36 years ago the Ukrainian people, with strong international and national support, defeated the atomic monster with heroic efforts, stopped the spread of the radiation threat to many countries of Europe and the world, are still able to stop and destroy to the teeth an armed gunman. the aggressor. We, Ukrainians, want and will live in peace and harmony with all civilized countries.
I wish all of you, dear brothers, families of the deceased good health, well-being and inspiration in further activities for the benefit of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people!
