Filmed porn with the children of an acquaintance: a pedophile was exposed in the Kiev region
For two years, the defendant mutilated and raped an underage girl, and sexually assaulted an underage boy.
At the time of the crime, she was 13 years old, and he was 11. Such “services” of her children were estimated by the mother, who each time voluntarily transferred them to a pervert, at 100-200 UAH.
In addition, the accused recorded acts of debauchery, rape and sexual violence against children on a mobile phone, and stored the pornographic content to satisfy his own sexual needs.
The investigators of the Main Investigation Department together with the Department of Migration Police under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General have completed the pre-trial investigation on this case. The indictment against a 55-year-old resident of the Kyiv region on charges of trafficking in human beings, rape, sexual violence, depravity of minors, as well as production and storage of child pornography (Part 2, 3 Art. 149, Part 3 of Article 152, Part 3 of Article 152, Part 2, Part 3, Part 3 of Article 152, Part 3, Part 3, Part 3 of Article 152, Part 2, Part 3, Part 3, Part 3 of Article 152, Part 3, Part 3, Part 3 of Article 152, Part 2. 6 Art. 153, Part 1, 2 Art. 156, Part 1, 4 Art. 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is referred to the court.
In addition, the relevant act is directed against the mother for corrupting her young children and trafficking them to create pornographic content.
For such actions, the accused faces a sentence of up to 15 years, and the accused - life imprisonment.
Important! The police became aware of these crimes from the statement of indifference of a citizen who visited the bathhouse in the same company with the defendant. He brought minor children to the meeting.
