Changed the last name — it is worth thinking about exchanging documents

When changing personal data, the driver's license must be replaced within 10 days. This can be done in one of the Service Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, or online in the Driver's Electronic Cabinet or the application “Diya”.

To receive the service you need:

— identity document;

— identification number;

— an existing driver's license;

— a document confirming the change of personal data.

Note that during the martial law, a medical certificate is not required.

The approximate cost of exchanging a driver's license is 270 UAH.
