The cost of state registration of vehicles has changed
The main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that the cost of state registration of vehicles is changing due to the rise in price of sheet products.
The cost of a comprehensive registration or re-registration service includes several payments, in particular, for the form of a vehicle registration certificate. A new batch of letterhead products was received at a new tariff.
Previously, the approximate cost of letterhead products was 312 UAH, and now it will be 405 UAH. The price increase applies only to cases of production of a registration certificate on a physical form (plastic card), the cost of obtaining an e-certificate of registration of a vehicle has not changed. The owner of the vehicle or his representative, if desired, can refuse the traditional plastic document and receive only an electronic certificate of registration of the vehicle. Virtual documents, which are displayed in the Diya application and the Driver's Electronic Cabinet, are valid only on the territory of Ukraine. In case of rejection of the traditional document on the principle of digital first, the cost of letterhead products is not paid at all.
How much does the service cost now in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs?
The approximate cost of registration or re-registration of a vehicle is:
- for vehicles of all categories or individual units (with issue of license plate) — 955 UAH:
service — 200 UAH,
certificate form — 405 UAH,
license plate — 350 UAH
- for motor vehicles (with issue of license plate) — 727 UAH:
service — 200 UAH,
certificate form — 405 UAH,
license plate — 122 UAH
- for trailers (with issue of license plate) — 716 UAH:
service — 200 UAH,
certificate form — 405 UAH,
license plate — 111 UAH
- for mopeds or their individual units it is (with the issue of a license plate) — 698 UAH:
service — 200 UAH,
certificate form — 405 UAH,
license plate — 93 UAH
Separately, a commission of a banking institution or payment system may be charged.
In many service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, there are still forms from the previous batch from the printing enterprise. Therefore, the service will be provided at the rate of 312 UAH until the stocks of all these forms are exhausted. And the new tariff can be applied later than August 9.
