Changes regarding the rules for crossing the state border by obligated citizens of Ukraine

During martial law, drivers transporting goods for the needs of the Armed Forces, other military formations, as well as the population of Ukraine are allowed to cross the border for up to 30 days, subject to the relevant decisions of the Ministry of Infrastructure or the CIS administrations.
In addition, it is allowed to pass drivers of companies with transport licenses for up to 45 days.
The State Border Guard Service has the right to cancel the exit permit in case of a number of violations on the part of the driver.
It is also allowed to visit employees of railway transport enterprises, which ensure uninterrupted operation of the railway for a period of not more than 6 months.
