Crimes committed by the military of the Russian Federation during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, as of 11/20/2022
Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, investigators of the National Police of Ukraine have initiated 44,662 criminal proceedings on the facts of crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine by servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices.
Of these:
33,367 — according to Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war) 9 067 — according to Art.
110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Infringement on the territorial integrity and integrity of Ukraine) 2 046 — according to art.
111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative Activities) 97 — according to Art.
111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State Treason) 37 — according to Art.
113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Diversion), etc.
To date, 47 places have been found on the territory of the de-occupied districts of Sumy, Chernihiv, Kiev, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions where Russians illegally detained and tortured Ukrainian citizens. The premises of all these places of deprivation of liberty and torture by the investigators of the National Police are inspected.
