Crimes committed by the military of the Russian Federation during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, as of 19.11.2022
Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, investigators of the National Police of Ukraine have initiated 44,494 criminal proceedings on the facts of crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine by servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices.
Of these:
33 212 — per Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war); 9,060 — according to Art.
110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Infringement on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine); 2 040 — according to Art.
111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative activity); 97 — according to Art.
111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State Treason); 37 — under Art.
113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Diversion), etc.
