Crimes committed by the military of the Russian Federation during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine
As of November 13, 2022, investigators of the National Police launched 43 479 criminal proceedings on the facts of crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine by servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices.
Of them:
32275 — per Art. 438 Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of laws and customs of war)
9048 — according to Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Invasion of the territorial integrity and integrity of Ukraine)
1975 — by Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative activity)
97 — for art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State treason)
37 — per Art. 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Diversion), etc.
Also on the territory of the de-occupied districts of Sumy, Chernihiv, Kiev, Kharkiv, Donetsk and Kherson regions, 34 places were found in which Russians illegally detained and tortured Ukrainian citizens.
