Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, investigators of the National Police of Ukraine have initiated 44,905 criminal proceedings on the facts of crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine by servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices.
Of them:
- 33597 — for art. 438 Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of laws and customs of war)
- 9074 — for art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Invasion of the territorial integrity and integrity of Ukraine)
- 2052 — according to Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative activity)
- 97 — for art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State treason)
- 37 — per Art. 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Diversion), etc.
