Crimes committed by the military of the Russian Federation during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine (as of 09.05.2023)
Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, investigators of the National Police of Ukraine have launched 75 569 criminal proceedings on the facts of crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine by servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices.
Of them:
63 283 — for art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war);
9 190— per Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Invasion of the territorial integrity and integrity of Ukraine);
2,840 — per art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative activity);
153 — per Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State treason);
38 — per Art. 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Diversion), etc.
