Crimes committed by the military of the Russian Federation during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine (as of 07.05.2023)

Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the investigators of the National Police have launched 75 351 criminal proceedings on the facts of crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine by servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices.
Of them:
63 068 — per Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war);
9190 — for art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Invasion of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);
2 837 — per Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative activity);
153 — per Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State Treason).
