A resident of Cherkasy region received his first passport at the age of 28
Oleksandr, 28, issued his first passport as a citizen of Ukraine in order to go into military service and get married. The man recently moved to Cherkasy region from the neighboring Kirovohrad region, so he applied to the nearest unit of the Migration Service — the Chornobayev sector of the UDMS in the Cherkasy region to receive an ID card.
Migrants had to carry out the identity procedure, confirm the issuance of a birth certificate and check citizenship for registration of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine Oleksandr.
A man who delayed receiving a document for more than 10 years, became convinced of how much the lack of documents complicates life and makes it impossible to realize his own rights. Now, with a passport in his hands, he is ready to carry out everything he has planned.
