Woman with three children and kitten evacuated by police from shelling in Kherson region
A woman with three children was evacuated under shelling by police officers of the Kherson region. They took the family with Belozerka, which was fired by the Russian army.
Evacuated children are between 7 and 13 years old. A pet kitten nicknamed Mouse was also taken with them.
The family is forced to seek shelter for the second time. In March this year, a woman with children was evacuated from a combat zone in Donetsk region. In Belozerka, the family settled in a private house. They began to improve life there, but in recent weeks the Russian army has significantly intensified shelling.
The invaders hit the village with all types of weapons and shells regularly burst near the family's house. The woman decided to leave.
The rescue operation was quickly organized. The policemen put on personal protective equipment on the children, calmed them down, gave toys and in an armored car were taken to the station. The family went to a safer area. There, volunteers and local authorities will help them settle down.
Law enforcement officials remind that the evacuation of families with children from the most dangerous settlements on the right bank of the Kherson region continues. Citizens can always count on the support and assistance of police officers.
