The rape of the stepdaughter and the creation and distribution of child pornography: the police report the suspicion of the couple (VIDEO)
Police found that the woman produced a pornographic video file with the participation of her two daughters, born in 2011 and 2013, and posted it on the Internet. And her husband committed acts of a sexual nature in relation to one of the stepdaughters. He filmed his actions with the help of video recording.
The children are currently with their biological father.
The spouses have chosen a preventive measure in the form of non-alternative detention.
The criminal activity was exposed by the investigators of the GUNP in the Kiev region under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office and the operational support of the Department of Cyber Police of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kyiv region.
On the fact of production and distribution of child pornography, the woman was informed of the suspicion (part 3 of Art. 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Her husband is suspected of committing rape against a person under the age of fourteen (Part 4 of Art. 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
