Thanks to the cooperation of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Terogromadas in Lviv region, re-registration of used cars is available in CNAPs
Re-registration of used cars can now be carried out in administrative service centers in Lviv region. This greatly simplifies the life of citizens, since the client himself chooses where it is more convenient and faster for him to get the service - in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the local CNAP.
The service is available thanks to the fruitful cooperation of the Regional Service Center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Lviv region and the Mostyska hromada. After all, it was there that our first client re-registered the car.
It became possible to introduce re-registration of vehicles in CNAPs after the expert study of the vehicle was singled out from the vehicle registration procedure, which is provided for by the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1019 and No. 1299.
It should be noted that in addition to the city of Mostyska, the service is available in the following Administrative Service Centers in Lviv region:

Registration of used cars in CNAPs is a step towards meeting citizens. From now on, you do not need to go to the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to draw up a contract of sale and go through the procedure of re-registration of the car - everything can be done on the spot.
