Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Vasyl Teteria visited units of the National Guard in the western regions
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Vasyl Teteria together with Deputy Commander of the National Guard for Logistics Oleksandr Bilous visited units of the National Guard in western Ukraine, where they got acquainted with the provision, training and material and technical bases of the units, checked the living conditions and location.
Deputy Minister Vasily Teteria also studied the conditions and needs at the locations where the training of servicemen is carried out.
“The primary task is to provide units that carry out tasks at the front. However, we must carry out the necessary set of measures so that the fighters of the units involved in the performance of tasks in the defense of the state have the conditions to undergo high-quality training and can practice the full range of necessary skills before going to combat areas,” the Deputy Minister stressed.
He also noted that in recent times, the provision of units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard in particular can be carried out taking into account the conditions and challenges that exist during the war. And this gives results both at the front and for the tasks of protecting critical infrastructure, stabilizing measures, ensuring security measures and providing assistance to citizens.
