Ordered the murder of a lawyer: the investigators of the National Police announced the suspicion of the oligarch
According to the investigation, in August 2003 in the central city of Feodosia, four men brutally beat and stabbed a lawyer with a knife. The victim's life was saved by doctors. Then law enforcement officers detained the perpetrators of the murder. Now the police have established indisputable evidence confirming the identity of the customer.
It was established that the businessman, who has been in custody since September 2023 on suspicion of fraud and legalization of property obtained in a criminal way, ordered the murder of a lawyer back in 2003. Motive: revenge on the lawyer for refusing to cooperate in illegal trade.
Today, May 8, the businessman was declared a suspect by the investigators of the Main Investigative Department of the National Police of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
