He attracted six women and a minor to prostitution: a prostitute was exposed in Zhytomyr region
Police officers exposed a drunkard in Zhytomyr. The “wards” of the 34-year-old man were seven women from Zhytomyr and the region. Among them is a 17-year-old girl.
On September 14, the police detained the defendant immediately after he organized another meeting between one of the women and the “client”.
The man carried out the selection of women and the search for clients. He personally organized their meetings, took the girls to hotel and bath complexes to provide sexual services for monetary reward. He was also involved in receiving funds and distributing them.
The police detained the defendant when he once again delivered the woman to the “client”. The investigation identified the identities of seven women aged 17 to 52 years. Sutener was detained in accordance with Article 208 (Detention by an authorized official) of the CPC of Ukraine. He was declared a suspect under Part 3 of Art. 303 (Prostitution or involvement of a person in prostitution) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court selected him a preventive measure in the form of round-the-clock house arrest.
In accordance with the current legislation, the person involved is threatened with imprisonment for a period of 5 to 10 years with or without confiscation of property.
