Killed his wife to death: in Brovary, the attacker independently called the police after killing a woman
The tragic event happened in one of the apartments of the city of Brovary in the Kiev region. The defendant informed the law enforcement officers that his wife was unconscious at the place of residence.
During the examination, the police found bodily injuries on the victim's body. Subsequently, police officers established that her husband, a 45-year-old native of the capital, was involved in the crime.
In addition, law enforcement officials found out that a quarrel arose between the spouses the day before. The suspect inflicted numerous blows on the body to the woman, from which she died. The police detained the offender and placed him in a temporary detention center.
On the fact of intentional grievous bodily harm, which caused the death of the victim, according to the procedural guidance of the Brovary District Prosecutor's Office, the investigators informed the offender about the suspicion [part 2 of Art. 121 KKU]. The defendant faces up to 10 years in prison.
