Three violators of migration legislation were brought to administrative responsibility in Sumy in a week
Two facts of residence in violation of the established rules for foreigners and stateless persons (OBG) stay in Ukraine were documented by the Department of the Organization for the Prevention of Illegal Migration, Readmission and Deportation of the Office in relation to a 57-year-old citizen of Kazakhstan and a 40-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation.
A native of the Republic of Kazakhstan arrived in Ukraine within the framework of visa-free entry 90/180 and did not leave the territory of Ukraine within the period specified by law.
The Russian, having a permit giving the right to legal residence, did not carry out its timely exchange.
The third material on administrative violations was compiled in the second Sumy department for a 27-year-old Palestinian who did not timely provide information to the migration service regarding the exchange of a document certifying the identity of a foreigner in Ukraine.
In relation to violators, measures of administrative influence were taken under Art. 203 KupAp.
