In a week, the National Guard eliminated more than 350 invaders and 12 units of enemy equipment
During a briefing in the “Military Media Center”, Deputy Director of the Department of Application Planning of the Main Directorate of the NGU Colonel Mykola Urshalovych said that the guardsmen courageously and professionally defend Ukraine on all fronts and directions of combat operations.
“The most fierce and bloody battles of the units of the National Guard are fought in the area of the Serebryansk forest, where the enemy, without the pity of its own personnel, mobilized, or mercenaries, almost continuously carries out offensive actions. Thanks to the heroic actions of the soldiers of the 31st Brigade named after Major General Oleksandr Radievsky and the 5th Slobozhanska Brigade, the offensive actions of the enemy were repelled and the defined boundaries were held. At the same time, the guards destroyed 150 enemy personnel and 3 units of armored vehicles,” he said.
The colonel also spoke about the situation in other, no less fierce areas of the front, where the fighting is taking place. Thus, the guards of the 4th brigade of the operational mission named after the Hero of Ukraine Sergeant Sergei Mikhalchuk in the Ozeryanivka area “demilitarized” 25 occupiers, 2 mortars with mortars, 2 units of automotive equipment and 2 armored fighting vehicles.
At the same time, the soldiers of the 14 brigade of the operational purpose named after Ivan Bogun prevented the advance of the enemy in the vicinity of the village of Spirne, eliminating 60 occupiers. And the units of the 1st Presidential Brigade of Operational Assignment named after Hetman Petro Doroshenko destroyed 70 people of the Russian-occupation troops and 1 mortar in the area of Belogorovka.
Separately, Urshalovich noted the work of special agents of the National Guard in the Avdievsky direction. Last week, they destroyed 35 Russian military and 2 enemy armored vehicles.
