The operatives of the Department of Strategic Investigations and the investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police received evidence of the involvement of a resident of the Kyiv region in the crime as a result of systematic operational-search and investigative measures that have been carried out since the first days of the war. infrastructure of Buchansky district. In addition, he agitated the local population to support and cooperate with the occupiers, distributing humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation.
