To provide this is the service “Dear User”, which can be obtained only in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
In emergency situations, when there is a threat to life, you should act quickly and decisively. And therefore, during the rescue from the places of fighting or occupation, I often use the vehicles of relatives, friends and friends, and sometimes unfamiliar or unfamiliar people at all.
However, even in such situations, it should be remembered that this is not a change of car owner. And it is the brother, neighbor or other person who actually owns the vehicle that will receive fines for offenses on the road committed by the driver, who was given the use of the car on an emergency basis.
However, the person who committed them must be held accountable for the offenses. Therefore, we remind you about the service “Dear User”. It can be issued by both the owner of the car (or a person trusted by him) and by an appropriate user in any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
To obtain the service you need:
passport; identification code;
certificate of registration of the car.
