Police continue to document the aftermath of Russian shelling. Over the past day, the Russian army conducted 165 strikes on the border settlements of the Sumy region, and attacked the market, educational and medical institutions on the right bank of the Kherson region. In Donetsk region, 33 strikes were recorded, civilians were injured.

Russian troops attacked 14 settlements: the cities of Avdiyivka, Bakhmut, Vuhledar, Krasnogorovka, Slavyansk, Ukrainsk, Velyka Novosilka and Ocheretyne, the villages of Berestok, Vremovka, Karlivka, Novokalinove, Predtechyne, Solovyove.

Police and SBU opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
With the help of the police, 219 more people were evacuated, since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation - more than 62,552 people, among them 7,625 - children, 2,782 - people with disabilities.
