Criminal proceedings started on the fact of hooliganism in the center of Kyiv
As a result of a fight between activists and employees of a financial institution, 2 people were hospitalized in the hospital, and 14 were taken to the district police department.
Today, February 2, the Kiev police received a report of a conflict and shooting near a financial institution on Volodymyrska Street. Special agents and an investigative task force immediately arrived on the scene.
It was previously clarified that there was a conflict and a fight between activists and employees of the institution, as a result of which two people were taken to the hospital. In addition, during the incident, the participants in the conflict carried out several warning shots with weapons. No one was hurt as a result.
Currently, investigators are communicating with those delivered. Information on this fact is included in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 2 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — hooliganism. The sanction of the article provides for up to four years in prison. Investigative actions are ongoing.
