In the event of a conflict between a police officer and a border guard, an official check was launched (VIDEO)
While patrolling the capital, a police outfit detected a man who was on the street at curfew. The incident happened on the night of November 3.
The operative of the Shevchenko police department approached the passerby with a request to check his documents and asked why he was on the street during the curfew. At this point, a drunk man in camouflage approached them, began to behave aggressively and pushed the operative several times.
A police officer invited a stranger to go to the department to check his identity. However, the latter ignored the legal requirements of the police officer and continued to conflict. As it became known later, the man serves in one of the border units.
This event is registered in the journal of the unified record of statements and reports of the Shevchenko Police Department. The leadership of the police initiated an official audit in order to provide a legal assessment of the actions of the participants in the incident.
