During the operation of the Unified Register of Weapons, more than 57 thousand applications were received, - the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Klymenko
This was announced by the Minister of the Interior on his Telegram channel.
“Registered and registered weapons is a fundamental issue that is one of the key issues in the work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. That is why in June of this year we launched the Unified State Register of Weapons, which strengthens control over the circulation of weapons and significantly simplifies the process of its registration,” Ihor Klymenko noted.
For the incomplete three months of work, more than 57 thousand applications for various types of permits were accepted. In the “Single Window Citizen” more than 30 thousand users were logged in.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs works systematically to ensure that every Ukrainian is protected, especially during the war and in the post-war period. To this end, we have developed and are already implementing a set of projects within the framework of the “Safe Environment”, which is a component of the Ukrainian doctrine announced by the President of Ukraine.
The launch of the ERZ, the clear accounting of weapons and the control of their circulation are an important part of our security measures. Each unit of weapon must be accounted for and registered.
