Another violator of migration legislation was forcibly expelled from Ukraine
A 27-year-old Jordanian citizen violated the terms of stay on the territory of Ukraine and in January 2023 he was brought to administrative responsibility for this. Then, according to Art. 203-1 KUPap, employees of the Main Department of DMS in the Transcarpathian region collected from the violator a fine in the amount of 1700 hryvnias and issued a decision on forced return.
Instead, the foreigner ignored the decision on forced return and voluntarily did not leave the country within the period specified by law.
In turn, the migrants, together with the employees of the State Border Guard Service, detected and detained the evader on the territory of the Tyachiv district. On May 3, by the decision of the head of the Tyachiv RV of the Main Directorate of the State Border Service, a Jordanian citizen was forcibly deported outside Ukraine to the territory of Romania.
In relation to the violator, a ban on entry into Ukraine for a period of 8 years was applied.
