From July 24, the mechanism of training and retraining of drivers will change
To obtain a driver's license, candidates for a driver will need to take 5 steps:
pass theoretical training in a driving school and obtain a certificate for this, which is valid for 1 year. (without passing an internal exam); pass a theoretical exam in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the opportunity
to further undergo practical training;
choose a driving school for practical training and undergo training there; pass an internal practical exam and get a certificate at a driving school, which is valid for 2 years; in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs successfully pass a practical exam and obtain a driver's license.
Also in 2 months it will be possible to receive paid license plates for all types of vehicles.
And another pleasant news for persons who have expired the term of deprivation of the right to drive - from today they can get their driver's license and pass exams at any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Previously, this possibility was not possible.
The whole procedure took place exclusively at the place of registration of the citizen.
